Established as a self-contained neighborhood, El Centro is a multi-use residential development located on Hollywood Boulevard, directly across from the Pantages Theatre and adjacent to the Capital Records building. Spanning two full city blocks over three acres, this project totals 1,179,483 square feet and consists of four 5-story Type III podium buildings with a total of 507 units including apartments, penthouses, bungalows, and live-work units. The development also includes approximately 55,000 square feet of ground-level retail space along with amenities that feature a pool and gym at the podium level.
