Located on a prominent 10-acre site at Temple Street and Beaudry Avenue in downtown Los Angeles, Ferrante is a landmark luxury residential community. The development features a series of seven-story buildings encompassing 1,150 upscale apartment units, 21,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and structured parking.

Ferrante was designed with a resort-style approach to urban living, with multiple courtyards, landscaped gardens, a rooftop lounge, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, pools, co-working spaces, and resident lounges.

Jade proudly provided expert metal framing and drywall services throughout both phases of the project, supporting the construction of residential units, shared amenity spaces, commercial areas, and parking structures—helping bring Ferrante’s large-scale, high-density design to life with precision and quality.  The integration of metal framing and gypsum sound systems provided the highest sound performance in Ferrante’s theater, exemplifying the precision of Jade’s engineering and craftsmanship.
