The G12 development is located in the South Park neighborhood of downtown LA within the evolving entertainment and tourist districts. This upscale property is a 7-story podium building comprised of 347 apartments, approximately 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 7,000 square feet of amenity space including a clubhouse, fitness room, business center, sun decks, and courtyards.
