One Santa Fe is a mixed-use development that served as a catalyst for the Arts District’s transformation, anchoring new community life in the formerly industrial downtown neighborhood. The six story property spans nearly four acres and includes 438 residential units, including 88 affordable units. It also features approximately 78620 square feet of retail, creative office and dining spaces, and a public walkway that connects to the surrounding neighborhoods. Luxury amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, community lounges, co-working spaces, and panoramic views of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.

Jade provided expert metal framing and drywall services for the project, helping to bring this structure to life. Our work contributed to the overall aesthetic and structural integrity of this iconic development, ensuring high-quality finishes throughout all residential units and common areas.
