The Variel is a next-generation luxury senior living community located in Woodland Hills.  Featuring an upscale contemporary design reflects the Southern California lifestyle for seniors, the finished building is 280,000 square feet and the community consists of eight stories of Type I-A construction over one level of subterranean parking.

The north wing of the east building consists of six stories with 215 independent living guest rooms over two levels of common areas and parking. The south wing of the east building consists of six stories of independent living units over one level of common area on grade. The west building consists of five stories of assisted living and a memory care component at the top level, above two stories of common area.

Jade delivered expert metal framing and drywall all throughout the entire community—from the beautifully appointed residences to the high-end wellness center, upscale dining room, bar, theater, pool, salon, spa and other social spaces—contributing to the project’s excellence in design, wellness integration, and elevated senior living.
