Trademark DTLA is a mixed use multi-family development located in the historic center of downtown Los Angeles, just steps away from the Biltmore Hotel and Pershing Square. The seven-story Type III complex consists of 313 residential units and nearly 8,000 square feet of retail space. The amenities include many high-end components and communal spaces including a rooftop deck; infinity-edge swimming pool and spa; outdoor entertainment theater; dog-friendly walking area; a clubhouse with bar, kitchen and game room; and an indoor-outdoor gym that opens onto a courtyard.
